Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you’re not absolutely in love with your purchase then by all means send it back for a return within 5 days of delivery.You simply need to contact us at admin@thesuperiorgoods.com

Our return system is super easy and is free of charge (for Armenia only). After you contact us, our courier will collect the item(s) and a refund will be issued in your favor. International customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, including for those shipments refused at delivery.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

All items must be unused with tags attached. Where provided, original packaging sealed packaging in original state, authenticity cards and dust bags should be included with your items. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to refuse, at our own discretion, an e if we exchange that the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage whereby the item will be sent back to the customer.
